I’ve been thinking of you so I thought I would pay you a visit over here on the Fancy Farm…love your photos of the old church. I have been making photographs of old Southern churches since I moved to GA as I see them in my travels. One day I will have a “collection!” Your photographs are beautiful ~ sell these!

Beautiful, serene and peaceful. I wish I could move it home and re-purpose it into a sewing/studio/store! Lovely. Just look at the craftsmanship on the ceiling alone! Amazing and artistic.

Just checked in and saw the photos you took of the girls. Love them. I wished I had some like that of me and my girlfriend as we were growing up. But back in the 70′s, nobody thought to take photos like that. Kudos to you!

When I was growing up, we moved around a lot, as my father was in the Air Force. I didn’t have time to form life-long girlfriend friendships when I was a child.

Thankfully, I had two younger sisters who are close in age, so I had a close relationship to them.

As an adult, I have cultivated “girlfriend” relationships, and have been on many a roadtrip with girlfriends. I love getting away with my best friend.

It looks like the two girls had a blast!
